The short abstract should contain the title, authors’ names, affiliations, and text that explains the authors’ work with concrete data. Figures or tables can be included in the short abstract.
The short abstracts will be used for reviewing purpose, and will not be disclosed or published.

Short Abstract Submission
Please submit your short abstract by March 1, 2026 (23:59 JST).
Short abstract should be submitted from here. The submission is handled by the AMARYS-JTB system. If you have any troubles, please contact ivnc2026@vacuum-electronics.org.
Acceptance Notification
The submitted short abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee, and the acceptance notification will be sent to the corresponding authors via e-mail around April 2, 2026. Your presentation style will also be informed.
Extended Abstract Submission
Details regarding the extended abstract will be disclosed as soon as they are confirmed.
Post-conference Proceedings
Post-conference proceedings will be published as a special issue of Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology B (JVST B). Instructions and deadline for the manuscript can be found here.
Awards
The conference will commend several young researchers who present outstanding papers during the conference.
