Conference Venue ~Hitachi Baba Memorial Hall~

Hitachi launched in 2019 within the Central Research Laboratory in Kokubunji City, Tokyo, as a research and development hub dedicated to accelerating the creation of innovative. Hitachi Baba Memorial Hall, an international conference venue, can comfortably accommodate approximately 350 guests. The hall locates 10-min walk from JR Kokubunji station. You can reach Kokubunji station for 30-min ride on train from Tokyo station.

Access to Tokyo

Tokyo is a well-connected city with direct flights from around the world, making it a convenient entry point to Japan. Conference venue, Kokubunji, is just about 40 minutes from central Tokyo, offering easy access to a more local and peaceful side of the city.

Tokyo

Tokyo is a big, exciting city where old traditions and modern life come together. There are many wonderful places to explore.

You can visit Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the oldest temple in Tokyo, and enjoy the lively shopping street nearby. Walk through the peaceful Meiji Shrine in Shibuya, surrounded by a beautiful forest. See the busy Shibuya Crossing, one of the most famous street crossings in the world. If you like city views, go up Tokyo Skytree or Tokyo Tower for a great look at the city from above. For shopping and fashion, visit Harajuku, Ginza, or Shinjuku. If you enjoy art and history, explore Ueno Park, which has museums, a zoo, and cherry blossoms in spring. Tokyo also has quiet places, like traditional gardens (such as Rikugien and Hamarikyu), and small streets with old-style houses and local food.

Tokyo is a safe and easy city to travel in, with clean trains and helpful signs in many languages. It is also home to many top universities and research centers.

About one hour from Tokyo is Tsukuba, a quiet city known for science and technology. It has many research institutes, including AIST, the University of Tsukuba and JAXA, Japan’s space agency. It's a peaceful place with parks, museums, and friendly communities.

We hope you enjoy your time in Japan. There is so much to see, learn, and experience in Tokyo. Welcome, and have a great stay!

Authors are invited to submit a short abstract. After the acceptance notification, submit a 2-page extended abstract which will be included in the on-site proceedings. Details of the publication of post-conference proceedings in a scientific journal will be disclosed later. The conference will commend several young researchers who present an excellent paper at the conference.

Abstract submission site is under preparation.

Registration fee will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
